R&D Background
The vacuum cooling machine has become widespread in modern food processing due to its advantages of efficiency, hygiene, and energy savings. Most vacuum coolers on the market feature a side-opening cabinet design, which is better suited for solid foods but still has shortcomings when handling solid-liquid mixtures. We introduce this top-opening model that can be used in conjunction with our intelligent braising pots, ensuring seamless integration between cooking and cooling processes. The universal food carrier eliminates the need for removing and repositioning food items, significantly improving production efficiency and enhancing product quality.
